You surprise yourself with what you can accomplish: pulling that hard move, moving off the tiniest foot hold, going a few more feet up, exploring a new crag. We want to celebrate the every-day climber that&#8217;s pushing their own limits, trying something different, reaching new heights, accomplishing something they previously thought wasn&#8217;t possible.<\/p>\n<p>How do we want to celebrate? We want to make you a Crux ambassador! We are rolling out this program to award the Crux ambassador to the every-day climber. Crux Ambassador&#8217;s should be active on social media or in online communities (like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.). He climbs for mental clarity, physical challenge, and most of all the camaraderie. Always the one bringing people together for sessions at the gym or crag, he\u2019s as psyched for your send as he is for his own.<\/p>\n<p>He engages with the Austin climbing community with humor and humility. He\u2019s always ready to jump on a new project indoors or outdoors, and encourages others to do the same. Beyond the wall, he blends climbing with photography and film, sharing his journey and inspiring others to push themselves.<\/p>\n<p>Sport climber at heart and adventure seeker by nature, Asahel\u2019s proudest moments include sending Running Man (his first outdoor 12a red point \ud83c\udf89), his first camp trip dedicated to climbing, and every milestone that\u2019s pushed him to grow as an athlete and person. A former university-level soccer player, she\u2019s been climbing for six years and loves mixing strength and mindfulness \u2014 a balance she\u2019s built even more deeply through her yoga practice over the past three years.<\/p>\n<p>She\u2019s a regular at Monster Rock (her go-to crag near Austin), and no stranger to adventure, Just six months into her climbing journey she took on a 400 ft multi-pitch at Hueco Tanks in the freezing desert winter, ringing in the New Year from the top of the mountain. \ud83e\uddd7\u200d\u2640\ufe0f\ud83c\udf89<\/p>\n<p>Outside of climbing, Emma\u2019s often with her pup Indie on the trails, behind a camera, or checking another local coffee shop off her list. And if it feels like you already know her, it might be because she\u2019s constantly sharing her Crux life. Climbing made Danielle feel physically strong, grounded her mental health, and opened the door to a community that felt instantly welcoming. For Danielle, the people are what make Crux so special, and it truly clicked once she became part of the Crux family.<br \/>\nMost days, you\u2019ll find Danielle working boulders, top rope, or lead routes inside the gym, but her heart belongs outdoors. She loves being outside for the full experience, the fresh air, the movement, and the connection to nature. Reimers Ranch holds a particularly special place for her, and over the next few years, she hopes to climb at some of the top crags across the country, combining her love for travel, adventure, and climbing.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div>Off the wall, Danielle has been into content creation since middle school. Things really took off when she launched a photography page, and later a LEGO\/couple content account with her fianc\u00e9 that grew into a real passion project. Now, Danielle is eager to lean into the outdoors, climbing, adventure, and travel niche, with big plans for the coming year to bring those stories to life.
