Our stand alone fitness facility is located in the white building on the corner of Congress and Pickle. This space has plenty of amenities beyond open gym and classes, such as; saunas, showers, retail,  and a large outdoor area.

Our goal is to provide a safe environment in which exploration of self and others is cultivated through movement of various forms. These forms of movement aim to support the body and the brain by building strength and mobility–with the ultimate goal of living a long, happy, and healthy life. The program is nurtured by the instructors and community continually showing up for each other–sharing their time, energy, and support as they continue to explore.

Class Offerings:

Looking to live a long, healthy, movement-filled life? Mobilize classes can help out with that. These classes focus on joint health by improving range of motion (ROM), then building strength within that newly found range. Take what you learn from these classes and apply it to climbing, lifting, hiking, biking, etc to prevent injury and feel safe while exploring your edge doing the movement practices you love.

10-15m warm up of mobility, dynamic stretching, and cardio. 45 minutes of movement using various styles of Circuit Training in an effort to engage the body and mind, improve agility, balance, strength and endurance, maintain an elevated heart rate, and generally bomb-proof the body. You will be carefully instructed in the use of dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, battle ropes, and steps/boxes amongst other functional training tools. All levels welcome!

Abs & Glutes classes are just what they sound like! A short format class designed to focus on strengthening two highly requested areas of the body. Strengthening your core and glutes can aid in improving your power, posture, and preventing injury. Drop in before or after a fitness, yoga, or climbing session for a quick burner.

This class is a weekly program that will have days of varying focus, with a foundation in strength, cardio, and muscular endurance. Each class will end with a core element for stability, endurance, and conditioning.  A great class for those looking to focus on foundational/traditional barbell, dumbbell, and kettlebell movements. Ground Control to Major Gainz! All levels.

Primal Strength classes are designed to help you achieve the strongest, healthiest, version of yourself. Crawl, swing kettlebells, improve balance & coordination, lift weights, explore movement patterns, and more to grow stronger in this full-body experience.

It doesn’t matter if you feel totally unaware of where your body is in space or if you’re a professional athlete, this class takes all skill levels into account.
