Change or Cancel Membership

We’ve updated our typical member change request form for the special circumstances around COVID-19. If the new form does not include options for the membership change you seeking, please email memberships@cruxcc.com.

If you are participating in the Keep A Membership, Give A Membership campaign, please fill out the form to give a membership. If you are looking to receive a membership, please scroll to the bottom to fill out the separate form.


This form is for individuals wishing to change his/her membership level or type, update contact information, freeze membership, un-freeze membership, cancel/terminate recurring monthly membership, or other request – use additional comments below. Changes must be made at least 2 days prior to billing (the 1st of the month). 

Keep A Membership, Give A Membership

Some of the members of our community have been hit hard by the COVID-19. We would love to be able to support them through this time, but we need your help to make it through. Once we reopen the gym, we will give a 1 month membership to someone affected by COVID-19 for every month that a membership is kept active during our closures. Our goal is to give 100 memberships.

If you are looking to receive a membership once we are open, please fill out the form below. The memberships will be drawn at random and the receivers will be notified via email. Please only submit one entry, all duplicates will be filtered out. You will have 72hrs to claim the membership via email or in-person before we give it to someone else.
