Move with Intent is a hybrid mobility and strength class that encourages you to move with purpose. Participants are encouraged to get playful and curious about their bodies. The three different levels of this class are:

Foundation: This entry point builds foundational body awareness, breath, and control. No experience required. This class will be held in the yoga studio.

Breakthrough: Adds load and complexity to the foundational patterns. For those already comfortable with basic mobility and strength work who are ready to progress toward more demanding movement. This class will be held in the yoga studio.

Mastery: A high-intensity strength and mobility class for practitioners who’ve built a strong foundation and are ready to further develop their skills. This class will be held in the 2nd floor fitness area.

Unwind & Flow classes begin with a slow-paced flow focusing on slow transitions through postures involving balance and mobility. The end of class takes it down a notch with yin-style postures to encourage relaxation and a deep stretch.

Depart from your day and prepare for the one ahead, with this renewing, strengthening, and restful class.

Keywords: slow flow, deep stretch, breath work, warm up and then relax

Gentle Yoga is a slow, feel-good class centered around stretching, slowing the breath and moving the body with the intent to unwind and relax.

Keywords: stretching, breathing, not flowing

Climbing can put more intense stress on a body than any other sport. Yoga balances out the intensity of climbing by stretching the muscles, promoting balance, increasing core strength, and teaching you how to be in your body and understand its cues. Additionally, yoga teaches climbers how to calm their mind – helping them after a fall or even in the middle of a crux.

At Crux we provide a variety drop-in yoga classes and styles for climbers and yogis alike. All yoga classes are included with a Crux membership.
