Crux is a community-oriented climbing gym, and our decision to open our first out-of-market location in The Plant in Second Ward was largely inspired by Concept Neighborhood’s plans to create a walkable neighborhood that truly integrates the local community. As a native Houstonian, bringing Crux to the Bayou City is a bit of a homecoming for owner Kevin Goradia. We are excited about joining the Houston community!
The new facility will include the same features and amenities members enjoy at Crux’s Central location, including bouldering, strength training, fitness and yoga classes, locker rooms, saunas, and a kids’ area. The center will also host member appreciation events, industry nights, adaptive climbing programs, summer camps and competitions.
Crux is excited to announce its fourth location and first location outside of Austin area!
